Meet our founder
Forward thinking CEO's and leadership teams understand that a strong and healthy culture will increase productivity, improve financial performance, reduce absenteeism, improve staff retention and create a more resilient organisation. Whilst a poor culture will always hold an organisation back; resulting in high staff turnover, low levels of motivation, a lack of innovation as well as poor individual and organisational performance.
I wanted to give organisations the necessary information so they can create an environment where people “want” to go to work, not feel like they “have” to go to work.
FAQs
Understand how we can offer a free culture assessment
How can you offer a free culture assessment?
We're currently beta testing our AI-powered culture assessment tool, while we do so we're offering businesses a free assessment. You'll have full access to all of our features and be able to create an assessment and share it with your team; once they have submitted their responses you'll receive your own Culture Pulse Score and insight reporting on your organisation culture, without having to pay a penny.
What do you expect in return for beta testing your platform?
The simple answer is feedback! By completing our assessment you are helping us to road test the platform. We would then like to chat with you about the experience itself and get feedback on the contents of the report.
How long after the assessment can I access the report, analysis and insights?
Our aim is to make this information available within 48 hours of the assessment closing, but this may be a little longer during the beta phase. You will then have access for as long as you have a Cultiv8tiv account.
If I take the assessment then do you have consultants that can address some of the findings in the report?
No, we don't have our own consultants that we can introduce you to, but we do have quite a lot of connections so it might be worth getting in touch.
For how long do you store my employee data?
We hold on to the first names and e-mail addresses for the duration of the assessment (three weeks). At the end of the assessment period we remove all employee data from our systems and keep only the anonymised responses.
Can I add additional team members and consultants to my area to access my Culture Pulse Score, Report, Analysis and Insights?
Yes, you can add additional team members and consultants to your admin area so they can access your Culture Pulse Score, Report, Analysis and Insights.
Should I include the entire organisation in one assessment or assess each division or business unit separately?
This is a great question- the leadership of an organisation is integral to its culture so if each business unit or is division is autonomous then it can be assessed separately and you will receive greater and more accurate insights for each business unit or division.
Should I take the assessment every quarter?
It is entirely up to you, but our advice would be to take this assessment annually because it takes time for work streams to take affect and be visible in any results.
Can I see the responses by an individual employee?
No, the responses are completely anonymous so you won't be able to track the responses of any specific employee. This is the only way to ensure honest responses that are an accurate presentation of organisational culture.
