Cultiv8tiv (‘CTV’ ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘ours’), are committed to protecting the privacy of all users of Cultiv8tiv’s website (www.cultiv8tiv.com) & any associated platforms or mobile applications (‘app’ or ‘apps’) all collectively referred to as ‘Sites’. This policy relates to identifiable personal data which we process as a ‘controller’ under the definition provided by the Information Commissioner’s Office. Information We Collect
When using CTV's Sites we collect the following information;
For the administrators on the Cultiv8tiv platform we retain their name, role, company name, telephone number and email so then can log into the platform and we can make contact to help provide support. These details are held as long as the account is active. Cultiv8tiv Limited is the data processor.For the employees completing the assessments we retain only their first name, email and when provided their team, business unit or division. This information is only held to communicate the assessment to the employees and provide two further prompts if the assessment has not been completed. Once the assessment is closed then we remove the employee records from our system after 30 days. Responses to assessment questions are anonymised and cannot be linked back to a named individual.
We will also collect information showing usage of our Sites. This will include Cookies (which expire over time & can be blocked through your own user settings but may restrict access to some parts of our Sites) & other technical data such as device operating system, connection type & IP address. Please see our Cookie Policy for more detail. Further technical information relating to user engagement from mobile devices is also collected (unless anonymity is set up in your own user setting), such as network provider, location, performance data, interaction with marketing tools (QR codes/NFC Tags/Vouchers). Additionally, any posts on our Sites & communication into us, e.g. e-mail, live chat, phone call (which may be recorded for training purposes) or letter.

How We Store Your Information
Your information is securely stored on our UK based servers where it is protected against unauthorised access, unlawful processing, accidental loss, damage & destruction. Your information is kept only for as long as is needed to fulfil the activities under ‘How We Use Your Information’. When information is no longer required your personal information is securely deleted from our servers.
Fulfilling the assessments
Any employee data (employee first names, emails and where relevant team) that you provide to us in order to undertake any assessments will be used solely for the purposes of gathering data for the assessment. We will only communicate to the data that you provide in order to introduce the assessment and provide them with the details to complete the it. 30 days after the assessment this data will be wiped from our systems.
Your Data Protection Rights
Under data protection law, you have rights including:
- Right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information
- Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete
- Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances
- Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. Please contact us if you wish to make a request; if you do, we have one month to respond.
