Most of our AI powered culture assessments are launched in less than 10 minutes. Simply customise your setup (by defining you management and leadership, alongside your values and purpose), upload the list of employees who will be taking part in the assessment and we’ll manage the rest!

Will we have to wait a long time for results?

Absolutley Not! Once the assessment is launched then it is open for employee responses for 3 weeks. Then thanks to our proprietary AI module we will deliver up your results result and conduct the analsyis 2 hours after your assessment has closed.  

Am I locked in to a contract to run culture assessments every year?

Our pricing plans are simple and straightforward and aren’t based on tying you in to a contract, you can take a singular assessment to see how your culture is performing today, or you can take annual assessments to see how any culture transformation initiatives have impacted your benchmark score, the choice is yours!
