Cultiv8tiv started with the personal experiences the CEO and founder, James Leavesley.
“As the CEO of a software company I was faced with a culture that can only be described as siloed, disruptive and a bit disjointed. I needed a way to assess the current culture of the organisation and wanted ideas from those that worked in it about how we could improve.”
It was not only a rewarding process but delivered results so we decided to deconstruct it, work with academics, leadership consultants, CEO’s and data scientists and commit to building a platform that can help any organisation assess their organisational culture and know how they can improve.
