Our AI Module

Our AI module is designed to analyse and summarise employee responses. The module calculates an overall Culture Pulse Score, computes category scores, offers a narrative on the overall scoring, provides insights into our key category areas, pulls the trends and themes together, provides detailed analysis of the organisation’s culture as well as identifies opportunities to improve. 

It is important to note that we do not provide any data to train any public AI platforms.

ISO 27001 is the international standard for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS). This system focuses on protecting information assets, including personal data, from various threats and risks. Cultiv8tiv has achieved ISO 27001 accreditation as our commitment to information security. This demonstrates our commitment to information security and data protection. It helps us to meet our legal and regulatory requirements. It helps us to reduce the risk of data breaches and cyberattacks with a view to building trust with customers and partners. 

What is ISO 27001:
ISO 27001 is an international standard jointly created by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). 

What is its Purpose:
Its goal is to help Cultiv8tiv to manage the risks related to information security, focusing on protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information. 

How it works:
The standard provides a framework for us to:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate these risks. 
  • Establish an Information Security Management System (ISMS) that is aligned with best practices. 
  • Continuously monitor, review, and improve their ISMS.
