Gathering key information and getting the foundations in place will ensure a successful launch. The following page should provide you with the relevant information you need to ensure a speedy set up and a successfully launch, as well as giving advice on ways of maximising response rates.

Internal Communication

Communication to your employees is critical to ensure that everyone is aware of what you are doing and why you are doing it. 

This would normally involve an announcement by the Leadership, good internal comms and then cascading the messaging down through management to the various teams. If employees are not desk-based then set up an area that will enable them to complete the assessment. You will need to allow people the time out of their jobs to complete it.

Key elements to point out in the communications would be; 

  • It is being run by a 3rd Party, Cultiv8tiv
  • It is anonymous
  • You want honest feedback

ASSET CUSTOMISATION

The ability to tailor the assessment means that your output will be significantly more accurate and to help that we have enable you customise the following; 

  • Name the assessment so you can easily find it in future
  • Name the organisation or business unit so we can use this name in our emails
  • Choose how you want to analyse your results by adding teams, divisions or areas
  • Define leadership and management for more accurate responses
  • Add your purpose- we test employee recall and buy-in
  • Add your values or behaviours- we test employee understanding and buy-in

White Listing Domains

Two domains will need whitelisting by your IT security team to ensure email delivery and to enable your employees to access the assessment;

By whitelisting the domains above you will:

  • Ensure that emails get delivered to employee inboxes and are not marketed as spam. 
  • Ensure that your employees can access the assessment from within the email and be able to submit their results.
