EXAMPLE REPORT

The Cultiv8tiv report is the output from the anonymous assessment and includes the Culture Pulse Score, and the Report itself, which includes the full results, insights and analysis. An example report can be found here ➡️ Example Report

Remember:

  • Once launched the assessment is open for 3 weeks
  • We will email all employees and then provide two further prompts until they complete it
  • The organisation must communicate to the employees to ensure that they are aware when it is coming
  • The results, report, insights and full analysis are ready 48 hours after the assessment closes and ready for you and the client to review.
